The Bravo One XR drive features the race-proven Bravo One® gear housing packed with heavy-duty components for enhanced reliability and durability up to 575 hp high-performance applications. Aside from
larger U-joints, thicker upper gear floors and heavy-duty driveshafts, the Bravo One XR drive is stronger and sturdier because of several key elements, including steel bearing supports to counteract gear-separating
forces; and larger, heavy-duty stainless steel propshaft with billet bearing carrier and common prop hub. The heavy-duty propshaft fits all square-bore Mercury propellers, giving the sport boater greater flexibility
in propeller options. In addition, the drive is standard with a dual water pickups gearcase, improving the flow of cooling water to the engine for enhanced reliability and performance. The Bravo One XR drive comes
standard on the HP525 EFI and HP575 SCi and is optional on the HP500 EFI and 496 MAG High Output (HO).
Bravo 1 X Drive New Or Remanufactured Standard on the 496 MAG High Output (HO), the Bravo® X Series of drives features a larger U-joint, upgraded thrust bearings, thicker upper gear floor, and a heavy-duty driveshaft. The enhanced
design means increased torque capacity for the boater. In addition, the Bravo One X comes standard with a dual water pickups
gearcase, improving the flow of cooling water to the engine for enhanced reliability and performance. These drives are built with the structural integrity necessary to handle more torque. A steel bearing support
provides additional rigidity, ensuring precise engagement of the near-net-forged spiral-bevel gears of the Bravo X Series.
Bravo 2 X Drive
New Or Remanufactured Standard on the 496 MAG High Output (HO) sterndrive model, the Bravo® X Series of drives
are built with the structural integrity necessary to handle more torque. They're fortified from top to bottom with a larger U-joint, upgraded thrust bearings, near-net-forged gears, steel chimney, thicker upper gear
floor, and a heavy-duty driveshaft. These features provide increased durability for the Bravo One X, Bravo Two X® and Bravo Three X® drives .
Bravo 3 X Drive New Or Remanufactured Standard on the 496 MAG High Output (HO) sterndrive model, the Bravo® X Series of drives are built with the structural integrity necessary to handle more torque. They're fortified from top to bottom with a larger
U-joint, upgraded thrust bearings, near-net-forged gears, steel chimney, thicker upper gear floor, and a heavy-duty driveshaft. These features provide increased durability for the Bravo One X, Bravo Two X® and Bravo Three X® drives.
Diesel Bravo X Drive New Or Remanufactured The Diesel Bravo X
Series of drives really pull their own weight and then some. They're fortified from top to bottom with a heavy-duty U-joint, upgraded thrust bearings, near-net-forged gears, steel chimney, and thicker upper gear
floor. These features will allow the Diesel Bravo One X , Diesel Bravo Two X and Diesel Bravo Three X drives with structural integrity necessary to handle more torque and improve durability.
